As per the new policy, employees will only be allowed to use their cell phones during the lunch break. In case of any emergency, they can take the phone call but they have to go to the common rooms to attend the personal calls. Usage of cell phones during working hours will not be tolerated. For any work related conversation, you are free to use the landline connections that you have in your work cubical or use emails. No employee will be allowed to click any pictures or make any videos in the office premises.
In case, any employee is found to be breaking these new rules then strict actions will be taken against him or her. The management will be seriously observing the behaviour of each and every employee to make sure that the rules are being followed.

Dear Employees,
It has been observed that in last one year, many of the employees have not been able to achieve the targets they were assigned by their team leaders. As per the team leaders and as per our observation, we have reached on to a conclusion that employees are wasting their working hours on their mobile phones. This memorandum is a reminder to all the employees to achieve their work targets by curtailing the mobile usage during working hours.
The management has decided to ban the use of cell phones at work during office hours. Employees will be allowed to use their cell phones only during the lunch and tea breaks. No employee will be allowed to play games on mobiles, take videos and pictures, take calls and message while at work. In case of answering any emergency call or messages, the employee should be able to justify the same to the team leader.
We are hopeful that all the employees are going to cooperate with us on it as we aim to create a distraction free environment for all the employees. In case, any employee is found not following the rules, will attract strict action.
Thanking you.
