Dear Employees,

The purpose of this memorandum is to inform each and every employee about the latest rules of the company in relation with the internet usage.

As you all are aware that the company offers free internet access to all the employees to use it for work related activities and improve their productivity but in the recent times, it has been observed that many employees are using internet for activities that are prohibited at the place of work. This, in turn, has led to wrong usage of the facility which has resulted into inefficient working. It has also be seen that many employees have tried to break the firewall that has been installed for restricted internet usage and have accessed websites that are prohibited.

The company has, therefore, decided to renew the internet policy of the company as well as take strict actions against all those who fail to follow the policy. From now onwards, the internet activities on each and every system will be monitored by a monitoring software which will keep a track of the websites that have been opened and the amount of time that was spent on them to make sure that all the employees make the right use of internet.
