Dear Employees,

The purpose of this memorandum is to inform each and every employee about the latest rules of the company in relation with the internet usage.

As you all are aware that the company offers free internet access to all the employees to use it for work related activities and improve their productivity but in the recent times, it has been observed that many employees are using internet for activities that are prohibited at the place of work. This, in turn, has led to wrong usage of the facility which has resulted into inefficient working.
