Dear Mr. Cross,

Re: Farewell Letter

As you already know that I am relocating to Texas because of some personal reason and tomorrow will be my last day in the office. I can’t leave this place without saying a goodbye to you. Without your support and guidance, I would not be able to perform all my duties so well. You were always there to encourage me at every possible step.

At the personal level, I share a special bond with all of you. I will never forget my lovely journey in this office. I am looking forward to meet you people again in the future. Let me know if you visit Texas sometime.

I will post my exact address and phone number to you as soon as I will settle there. I wish you all the very best for your professional as well as future life.

Regards,

Adam L. Pitts
