Dear colleagues,

I would like to introduce myself formally to all my colleagues before I get settled as the new Deputy Marketing Manager with Allen Wellness Products.

Before joining here, I have worked with Biotech Products as Deputy Marketing Manager for two years. Working with Biotech Products was a great learning experience for me and it give me an exposure to the wellness industry. During my tenure, I have undertaken various marketing projects of promoting the company across different cities. In last two years, I was fortunate enough to contribute to successful launching of Biotech Products in New York and Chicago. My role also involved heading a team of over twenty employees and working in synergy with them to achieve different marketing goals.

When I am not working, I enjoy playing cricket and if not playing cricket then watching the game. After my work, cricket is the next best thing in my life.

All the people I have met at the company so far have been very welcoming and professional and I am very sure that we are going to achieve new heights as a team. I look forward to meet those who I haven’t met yet.

My extension number is 1234. Please don’t feel hesitant to stop by.

Regards,

Andrew Jackson

Dear colleagues,

As I start with my role as Deputy Human Resource Manager with Allen Wellness Products, I would like to introduce myself to all my colleagues.

Before joining Allen Wellness Products, I have worked with Biotech Products as Deputy Human Resource Manager for a span of two years. It was a wonderful experience to work with Biotech Products as it helped me learn a lot about wellness industry. During the span of two years, I worked with the employees in the company and came up with different HR strategies that were helpful in building stronger teams and have a group of far better satisfied employees in the company. I understand the art of establishing a healthy relationship between employer and employees using different HR strategies and I am really hopeful that I will be able to do the same at Allen Wellness Products as well.

Other than enjoying the work I do, I also enjoy gardening and reading as these are the two things that keep me occupied when I am at home.

Though I have had a chance to meet a lot of people in the company and I found them all very professional and warm. I am yet to meet the rest of the team but I am very positive that we will work as a great team and take Allen Wellness Products to new heights.

My extension number is 1234. Please don’t feel hesitant to stop by.

Regards,

Ana Jackson
