Greetings!!

You have always been our valued customer and our association has been really long and inspiring. For all these years, all our deals have gone really smooth except the last one in which complains of some of the laptops not working fine propped up.

I am writing this letter to sincerely apologize for the poor performance of the laptops that were delivered to you on February 25^th, 2023. After investigating the case at every step, our team has found out that the RAMs that were installed in some of the laptops were causing the trouble and were affecting the speed and overall performance of the laptop.
