Interview Appointment Letter

An Interview Appointment Letter is usually addressed to the aspirant employee by the employer with the intention of an interview. The purpose is to inform the candidate that he has been called for a job interview on the particular position in an organization.

This letter includes the information related to the interview process for instance the date, time and location of the interview. In addition to this information, details of the document and the credentials required to bring on the interview is also to be mentioned in the appointment letter.

Usually employer provides an opportunity of rescheduling of the interview in this letter. If the candidate feels unable to attend the scheduled interview due to some genuine reason he requests for a second chance with this letter.
