Re: Request for leave to attend demise ceremony of aunt
Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well and in good health. I am Mrs. Raeya Geller, the Marketing Manager in your good firm. Deaths are a part of life and it is important for you to be with your family, standing with them as a sign of support and just being.
I could have never imagined a kind and adorable person like my aunt would taste the tremors of death. She was healthy and fit but death came in disguise of a cardiac arrest to her. The fact she is gone and is no more with us is hard hitting and difficult to process. Her demise ceremony is ringing in the air and I cannot do anything in my power to make her be with us again.
As she was my mother’s real sister, I can only imagine how close and important she and her family are to us. My going over there is the most important thing right now, for all the members of my family, as a support by me just being there with them.
Sir, please grant me leave for a period of four days from July 11, 2022 to July 15, 2022. I will return to my seat the very next day.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Regards,
Mrs. Raeya Geller
