Dear Mrs. Ana,
I am writing this letter to inform you that you have been selected with St. Mary’s School as General Teacher.
You have been inducted in the institution as per selection merit. And now you are required to be following certain terms and conditions as mentioned in the Regulation Policy of the school.
The salient clauses of the policy have been mentioned below:
- You must follow the dress code for the teachers at the school.
- You must report to the school every day on time and must follow the school timings without fail.
- You must help in maintaining a healthy environment at the school.
- You must always be cooperative to the seniors as well as the juniors.
- You must make sure that you don’t put yourself in any kind of dispute.
