Dear Mrs. Ana,

I am writing this letter to inform you that you have been selected with St. Mary’s School as General Teacher.

You have been inducted in the institution as per selection merit. And now you are required to be following certain terms and conditions as mentioned in the Regulation Policy of the school.

The salient clauses of the policy have been mentioned below:

  1. You must follow the dress code for the teachers at the school.
  2. You must report to the school every day on time and must follow the school timings without fail.
  3. You must help in maintaining a healthy environment at the school.
  4. You must always be cooperative to the seniors as well as the juniors.
  5. You must make sure that you don’t put yourself in any kind of dispute.
  6. You are not supposed to be leaving the school before completion of one year but the management at the school holds all the rights to dismiss you from your work.

You have been hired in the school on the basis of the contract agreement according to which the first six months of your appointment will be probation and after that you will be interviewed by the management only and only if you are found suitable for the job or else you will be automatically fired. Your final selection would depend upon the outcome of the interview.

During the period of probation, you will not be sanctioned for any casual leaves. Your present salary during this time would be $ 1500 per month.
