On the meeting conducted on November 10, 2015 with Mr. Julian Smith, Supervisor, you were advised to meet the targets given to you for the coming month. For that you were issued a formal letter stating your new targets on November 15, 2015. You were also given a choice to have counseling sessions with your supervisor in order to learn about the techniques to improve your performance and meet your targets effectively.
Another meeting was conducted on February 1, 2015 with Mr. Sam Andrew, Deputy Marketing Manager and Mr. Julian Smith, Supervisor and again your were advised that you need to work harder to meet the targets that have been set for you. In this context, the second warning letter was issued to you on February 5, 2015.
You have also attended the meeting with Mr. Joseph Reynolds, Marketing Manager; Mr. Sam Andrew, Deputy Marketing Manager and Mr. Julian Smith, Supervisor on April 1, 2015 in which you were issues a final warning stating that in case you are unable to deliver the required performance and meet your targets by May 1, 2015 then your employment will be terminated.
We have studied your performance levels for the last month as well and your performance still is unsatisfactory. Moreover, you have also not taken the benefit of counseling sessions to bring any positive change in your performance.
Therefore, the management has decided to terminate your employment because of the reasons mentioned below:
- Inability to meet sales targets
- Inability to improve performance over a period of 6 months despite all the counseling and warnings.
Based on the length of your service with the organization, the management has decided to give you a notice period of 4 weeks. Therefore, your employment will end on June 23rd, 2015.
You will also be sanctioned all the accrued entitlements and outstanding remuneration that you are entitled to, up to your last day of employment.
