It is a CANON 549 printer that stopped working yesterday because of the paper jamming issue. We tried fixing it the regular way we do but it is not getting started. We feel that some of the paper is still stuck inside it because of which it is not working. Without printer, it is becoming difficult for the department to function smoothly as we need printouts every now and then. For now, we are getting the printouts from the Marketing Department but we would like to have this damage repaired as soon as possible.
