Sub: Suspension letter for misbehavior

Dear Mr. Richard,

I am writing this letter to inform you that because of your misbehavior on July 16th, 2023, the management has decided to issue you a suspension for one month effective from July 18th, 2023.

It was on June 10th, 2023 that you were found to make personal comments on one of the employees which is against the rules and regulations of Zenith Technologies. The Code and Conduct Policy at Zenith Technologies clearly states that any kind of misconduct will not be tolerated at the place of work. Employees have to respect each other and must behave in the right manner with each other. Personal remarks and comments should will never be accepted.

You have been warned about the same quite a few times in the past as well but every time you have taken the warning very lightly. Therefore, the management had to take such an action. During your suspension, you will not be entitled for any compensation by the company. You are expected to report to work on July 13th, 2023.

Here are the terms and conditions of the suspension:

  • You are not allowed to use the official email and phone to have any correspondence with your colleagues.
  • You are not supposed to enter the office premises during this duration until and unless you have been contacted for the same by your seniors for official reasons.
  • You are not permitted to make any public comments about the incident.
