Dear Mr. Jacob,
This is a warning letter from Management of XYZ Development Bank on your inappropriate behavior with your team members. We have come to know that from last five months, you have not been dealing with your team members in a cordial and professional way.
As you know that our company doesn’t support any kind of misconduct against the clients or against the workers and the management. The company expects every employee to show the right conduct and this warning has been issued in the same context. This is a reminder that you must follow the code of conduct.
There have been frequent complaints against you stating that you speak rudely with the staff and exploit the lower staff by compelling them to do your personal jobs. You have also been found using the property of company for personal use, which is again a serious offence.
Consider this letter as a formal warning and if you fail to correct your behavior then management will have to take some serious action against you. We are hopeful that you will take this warning seriously and make necessary changes in your behavior so that things go smooth.
In case, you have any questions about the same then please feel free to email me at [email protected] or call me at 123-456-788.
Regards,
Julia Mars
