Subject: Warning for tardiness

Dear Ms. Filler,

This is sent you as a final written warning for your unprofessional behavior in the workplace. We have given you several verbal warnings regarding your poor performance, absenteeism and tardiness but you have always overlooked all of that.

I would like to inform you that there are so many other skilled individuals who have applied for your position in our company and more than willing to serve the best company in the market. You have to realize that seriousness of the issue or it may result in your termination orders.

This will serve you as a final notice from the company. If you ignore it in any condition, it will be followed by your order of dismissal from the company. I hope you will improve your performance and remove all your negative traits immediately.

Thanks and regards,

Kelvin Clarks
