Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to thank you for an outstanding party organized by the institution and our lovely teachers. On behalf of the entire management class, I, Sam Mathur, captain of the school would like to express our gratitude towards you to arrange such a wonderful event in our school campus. It was an honour for us to attend the party. The events organized by our juniors were really amazing.

I would like to appreciate the decorators and the caterers for such an awful arrangement. The food served during the party was very delicious. I would also like to thank our professors for spending time with us. We will never forget the loving moments of our entire course. Once again, I would like to thank on behalf of the entire management students.
