This letter is in context of the complaint that we have received from your end regarding the delayed refund.
I would like to apologize for this delay. Your refund was processed from our end on September 25th, 2024 and it usually takes up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. But because there was a long weekend during this time and all the banks were closed, it took a couple of days more for the refund to finally reflect in your account.
