Dear Ms. Ana,

Congratulations! You have been selected for the internship program at New Age Technologies Ltd. We are writing to inform you that your profile has been shortlisted for Marketing Intern profile and you will be reporting at the New York office. During the internship, you will be required to report to Mr. Sam Samuel, the Internship Supervisor.

The reporting date for you will be July 1st, 2024 and you will be required to report at 9 am daily. The duration of the internship is 6 months and therefore, the internship is going to end on December 31st, 2024.

You have been communicated that this is going to be an unpaid internship and when the internship is going to end, you are going to be rewarded with a completion certificate if you have successfully completed the internship. At the end of the internship, you will also be required to submit an internship report which you will be preparing under the mentorship of your supervisor.

During your internship, you will be coming across lot of information and some of which is going to be confidential. If you accept this appointment letter then you are acknowledging that you are neither going to be using any of this information for personal use nor you are going to be disclosing it anyone else. In case you are found sharing this information, this can lead to immediate termination of the internship followed by a legal action against you.

While working at New Age Technology Ltd., you are required to follow the general terms of conduct. It is important for all the employees to adhere to the rules and regulations at the company otherwise, the company has the authority to terminate the contract without giving any prior notice.
