Dear Mr. Anthony,

I, Richard Smith, am writing this letter on behalf of Pride Tech Ltd. in order to inform you that the company has decided to terminate the contract with your company. After deep thought, we have taken this decision because your company has not been able to cater to our security needs.

We had chosen to enter the contract with your service company after the big promises that were made by you and your company. Many a times it has been brought to your notice that the security guards have not been reporting to the office on time. One of the guards working on the night shift was found drunk on May 15^th, 2023 and the same was also brought into your notice but no action was taken.
