Dear Ms. Jonathan,
This letter is to notify that Comfort Resort Chains is canceling the three year contract of hygiene and toiletry supply with Daily Requirement Products signed on January 2, 2011. This is a matter of disappointment for Comfort Resort Chains to close the deal of supply with Daily Requirement Products. Due to some obligatory reasons we are forced to cease the current contract with effect on May, 30 2014.
You are requested to send the final invoice regarding the payment and the formal documents required to get signed as the validation of the contract cancelation. I assure you that all dues will be settled within a week of the contract signature.
Kindly remove all the materials of Daily Requirement Products from Comfort Resort Chains by March 1, 2014. We are grateful for your services during the tenure of the contract for the past two years.
