A leave permission letter is written to get leave from an organization or a company for a certain period of time. When an employee needs leave from the work due to some reasons, he/she should write this letter to inform the authority in a formal way. The letter should contain the reason of taking leave and if it is too personal to disclose, then one can avoid the reason. One has to give the details of the leave that means the days of leave and the details about the pending work that the applicant has to submit it timely. Many companies have their own terms about the leave and each organization allotted some leave days as an annual leave to the employees.
