360 degree feedback is the smart technique to have a complete view of the performance of an individual in a company by involving his seniors, juniors and co-workers in the process. Such kind of a review is done in order to have a 360 degree view of the performance. In this process, the manager, peers and subordinates come together to review the performance without sharing their names.

Dear Mr. Smith,

This is to bring to your notice that in the next week I am planning to participate in 360 degree feedback program. As you are aware, that it requires the opinion of all the managers, co-workers and subordinates in order to have an overall view of the performance. Therefore, I would like invite you to please be a part of my feedback team and share your feedback on my performance for this year as you are my co-worker.

In order to participate in this process, you will require taking an online survey designed by the HR department which will take approximately 10 minutes. One thing that you need to take care of is that your responses are honest. Using these responses the HR managers are going to create a final feedback report which will maintain complete confidentiality of your responses by keeping them anonymous. .

In case you are not able to participate in this feedback process then please inform me or else you will automatically receive an email from the HR department.
