I, Robin, Smith, am a resident of Richmond Lane, House no. 22. I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the damaged water pipeline which has been causing a lot of inconvenience to me and my family. From last couple of months, there has been a slow damage to the water pipeline in our area which has been getting corroded. As a result, the water that we receive in our taps is not of a consumable quality. This problem is getting intensified with each passing day and we afraid that very soon the pipeline is going to break and will lead to loss of water.

As you know that water is one of the most important things for any household and without consumable water supply, everything comes to a rest. Though we have been managing the situation from past couple of months but the situation is now beyond our control and all we need is a new pipeline to have this issue fixed.
