A Letter of credit is basically issued from one financial institution or any institution of the same kind to a person to make a confirmation in respect of his/her credit application. These documents clearly specify that the person is qualified for getting a loan from an institution. This makes it easier for the person to get his payment as soon as the financial institutions receive the letter of credit. Confirmation of letter of credit means that it has been accepted by the other institution and the customer will get paid.
