According to the terms of contract you are liable to make the payment after 7 days of the delivery. I would like to remind you that it is more than one month and still we have not acknowledged regarding payment.

You are requested to make the payment by the last week of this month. As you know that as per the contract norms if you fail to make the payment after this letter the contract will be terminated without any notice.
