Order Acceptance Letter

An order acceptance letter is written to inform a company about accepting their order for a certain product or service. As this letter is written in respect of the order letter made by a company, it should be mentioned the details of the order to make everything clear for a business deal. For the recipient company, it is a confirmation letter of their order, which is very helpful to keep the track of their request. Generally, the letter contains information about the ordered product or service as well as the order dispatching date so the recipient company does not face any trouble due to the lack of information regarding this.
