I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that the sales targets that have been rolled out for the upcoming quarter are on the lower side and therefore, I would like to request you to kindly increase them by at least 20 per cent.
As you are aware that the sales target for the last quarter was 100 units for one sales executive and they all were able to meet the targets by the end of the second month of the quarter itself. I would also like to highlight that this was possible because of the marketing campaign that was launched by our company which has certainly aided in making the sales easier and faster.
I would therefore, recommend to increase the sales target for the coming quarter and revise them to 130 units as it is going to be a little challenging for the team and I am sure that they will be able to achieve these targets if they are going to work a little harder. I also feel that too easy targets are going to make them laid back in their work and this is certainly not a good idea.
