It is to inform that I am amongst the regular customer of your store and I was very much satisfied with the services you were providing to your guests. But today I would like to bring your attention to the poor service that I received from one of your staff at your Boston outlet last Friday. I was at your store regarding some information about the product for my washroom purpose. Then I came across with one of your staff who must be around twenty years of age. I asked him about my query with all the desired details of that particular product. Then he replied me, Sir please wait for a moment and I will get back to you shortly.

Then after I was waiting there for at least 20 minutes but nobody turns out. I could not get his name as there was no name tag on his uniform. When I tried to enquire the same with another person, he replied, “This is none of my business”. As whole I was not supported with any of the staff of yours which was very much disgusting for me

I am very upset with the improper training strategies of your employees to attend the customers and let me tell you honestly that it might affect negatively your customer’s trust from your store.
