  • The writer should clearly specify the name and the destination of the recipient. Be certain that you have correctly spelled the name of the recipient.
  • Mention the reason why the applicant has applied for the credit. This reason varies from person to person. Specify the date of the application in your letter.
  • The applicant should then regrettably be informed that his/her request has been denied. Along with the honest reason for the denial should be clearly stated in the letter.
  • The letter should be brief, clear and to the point. Maintain a formal tone throughout the letter.
