I am writing this letter in context of the weekly test that has been announced in Finance for final year students. I would like to bring to your notice that on 15.02.2018, we are arranging a cultural event in the college as we expecting a very famous personality.

We are planning an event which will include a musical performance by the eminent personality visiting out college, followed by a speech from a spiritual guru. Though the attendance for this program is not compulsory but we would appreciate more and more students attending it as it is going to be a wonderful learning experience.

Therefore, we request you to please consider our request to reschedule the weekly test to any other date. If not this then you can allow students who wish to attend the event and arrange a separate test for them on any other day. As the program is scheduled from 10 am to 11.30 am on 15.02.2018, so you can also conduct the task after 12 noon.
