Respected Mr. Smith,
I, Anthony Black, am writing this letter to inform you that I will have to withdraw from the university because of some personal reasons.
On April 30th, 2024, I lost my father to heart attack and he was the one who was taking care of my university fees and expenses. For your reference, I am attaching the medical documents as well as the death certificate.
As he was the sole financial support for me and my family, his sudden death has left us in a very difficult situation. At this point in time, looking for a job is the most important thing for me as I have a little brother and my mother whom I have to support.
My father certainly had a life insurance policy but it is not enough to cover my education and other expenses. Therefore, I am left with no other choice but to withdraw from the university and shoulder my responsibilities.
Please find attached with the mail the withdrawal forms that are required by the university. As the new semester is yet to start in a month and as per the policy of the university, I am entitled to get the complete refund of the fee.
