Dear Mr. Smith,
This letter is to notify you about the cancellation of the agreement between Zebus Builders and Contractors and T& T Dealer and Supplier for the iron construction material with immediate effect. This cancellation is due to the late supply of your construction material.
As we have already mentioned in the agreement that the delivery date of every order should be within the next 15 days from the order placed. I would like to inform you that you never make the consignment on time. The last order we placed on 11 January is still pending. You shall be completely aware of the fact that, the agreement had the cancellation clause on the ground of inferior quality and late delivery of iron construction material.
Zebus Builder and Contractor have decided to cancel the agreement with T& T Dealer and Supplier. This cancellation has been done on the grounds of late delivery of the construction material which has been provided from your firm. Your written acceptance of the agreement letter is anticipated within five days.
