  • Write clearly or type the complaint. Carry on with writing if your writing is legible enough. Otherwise, go for the typing. Avoid use of unprofessional or informal language in the letter.
  • Include copies of documentation, if available. This will support your point of dispute.
  • If you have any settlement policy of the dispute, you should mention it in the letter.
  • Proofread the letter to make it flawless. Ask your colleagues to check for mistakes because it is difficult to identify your own mistake in writing.
