Sample Warning Letter for Misconduct with Senior

If there is an employee in your company who has misbehaved with his senior then it is a serious offence and you must immediately write a formal warning letter acknowledging his misconduct with the senior. No company approves a bad behavior and it demands a quick action.

Being the HR of your company, you are suppose to frame such formal letters. Dear Mr. Jacob,

This is to inform you that we have received a complaint against you that you have misbehaved with your senior, Mr. John Smith which is against the code of conduct of the company and attracts a strict action against you.

Mr. John Smith had asked you to submit the accounts report for the company for FY 2015-16 and you failed to do so. Moreover, when you were asked about the same, you answered him back in a rude tone and denied doing the task that you assigned to you.

This is a serious misbehavior. But in your interest, the company has decided to issue the first and final warning letter thereby giving you a chance to improve your conduct. In case, you fail to improve in your behavior in near future then we will have to terminate your employment contract with the company as this kind of conduct will not be tolerated at any cost.
