Dear Adam,

We are writing to bring to your notice that the management has received several complaints against your conduct at the office. Some of your coworkers have complained that you misbehave with them and interfere in their working. They have also complained that you influence the juniors by making wrong use of your position and power. And you have also threatened some of them to work under pressure. We have also been receiving complaints that you are using company’s car for leisure trips.

We consider this kind of behavior as serious breach of conduct. Your conduct is against the rules and regulations of the company and if you fail to improve your conduct then we will be compelled to take strict actions against you. We hope that from now on you will work in coordination with your coworkers and will support your juniors without influencing them and exploiting company resources for personal use.

We hope that you will take this warning letter seriously to avoid any complications. If you have any say in this context then please contact in person with me at the HR Department.

We expect good professional conduct from you.

Regards
