This is to inform all the employees that company has decided to change its policy with regards to the late comers and this will be effective from 1st July, 2016. The Management has decided to impose a fine of 5% of the salary on all those employees who fail to report at work on time for more than three times in a month. Earlier the company used to impose a standard fine of $ 50 as fine.

In last couple of months, we have noticed that there has been a serious increment in the number of employees reporting late to work. This is a serious issue and demands a quick action to make sure that everyone reports to work on time.

As the employee arrives late at work, the working and overall productivity of the company gets adversely affected. If the employees come on time, we are able to meet the man hours and also our targets.

 As a part of Company Policy, everyone is required to abide by this new policy. We are hopeful that with this amendment, we will have reduction in the numbers of late comers. Let us all work towards the growth of our company.
