Retirement Resignation Letter

A retirement resignation letter is written to notify the higher authority regarding the retirement. This letter should be written in a formal way and you can include your experience of working for a certain company. At the time of taking retirement, it is a professional gesture to notify your superior regarding this matter and a retire resignation letter deals with all of those things.

An example provided here, an employee writes this letter to the employer to inform him about his resignation due to the term of his retirement.

Dear Madam,

SUBJECT: LETTER OF RESIGNATION/RETIREMENT

You are requested to accept this letter as a notification of my retirement resignation from my work. Though there is still a one and a half year left for my retirement, but I want this permanent resignation due to some personal reason.

It has been a decade of my serving for this company and the company has become my home. I have a very mix feeling while writing this letter, but I have to go.

I would like to thank you and your help is appreciated. I feel lucky to work for your company.

I wish you the best of luck for your future dealing.

Yours faithfully,

Anthony Baker,

Maintenance Officer.
