As per the subject, I wish to make a formal complaint against your restaurant staff last evening over their bad service, which spoiled my evening with my girlfriend.

We came to your restaurant last evening to enjoy with each other and spend some good time .You must be ware that we are a regular guest of your hotel and referred so many of my friends to your restaurant. But since yesterday I am very much annoyed with the poor services which you staff has served last evening. I came there with my girlfriend on a date and we were excited very much. Then we have ordered the vegetarian food with some starters.

Now, first of all they took half an hour to serve the food but we thought it is ok as it happens sometime but later on restaurant service staff had created a mess. They served us the non vegetarian food and that too with no starters and when I asked about it they started arguing.

I hope that you will look into this matter and train your staff properly in order to have the appropriate behavior and proper listening ability to save them from future problems
