I, a member of Strength and Health Gym am writing this in order to request the cancellation of my gym membership. I have been a student of College of Manhattan and a member of this gym since 2012.
Now I have finished my studies and shifting to New York for a job. I would not be able to avail the services of your gym. Therefore I request you to cancel my gym membership with immediate effect. If there is any partial refund on the remaining months of my gym membership for year 2014, you are requested to make a check out to my name and mail it to the above mentioned address.
